FAQ's
Laser cutting is widely used in industries like aerospace, automotive, electronics, medical, architecture, and custom fabrication due to its precision and efficiency.
Laser, waterjet, and plasma cutting each have their strengths, and the best choice depends on your project requirements.
Laser cutting stands out for its speed and precision—it’s significantly faster than waterjet, which helps reduce production time and costs. Compared to plasma, laser cutting offers much higher accuracy, making it ideal for projects that require tight tolerances and clean edges.
If you’re unsure which method is right for your job, we’re happy to help guide you based on your material, thickness, and design needs.
Yes, we offer design assistance and can help with modifications as needed. If you’re working on a prototype, we can cut sample parts to ensure everything fits and functions correctly before moving forward with full production. We’re here to support you in getting your project just right.
Yes! In addition to cutting, our lasers can engrave logos, text, and patterns on various materials, adding a custom touch to your project.
While we work with metals like stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel, certain materials, like PVC and some coated metals, release harmful fumes and cannot be laser cut.
We cut a variety of materials, including Cold Rolled Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum.
While it’s technically possible to cut copper, we choose not to due to the risk of reflection damage to our fiber laser equipment. If you have a specific material in mind, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to discuss your project needs.
Our preferred file format for laser cutting is DXF, as it provides the most precise and efficient results.
We also accept DWG, AI, EPS, and PDF files. If your design is in a different format, just let us know—we’re happy to help with file conversion to ensure your project runs smoothly.
The time required for laser cutting depends on several factors, including material type and thickness, part complexity, and material availability.
For most standard jobs, we offer turnaround times under 48 hours, but more intricate or specialized projects may take longer. Feel free to contact us with your design and timeline—we’ll provide an accurate estimate based on your specific needs.
Absolutely! We offer scalable solutions for both one-off prototypes and large-scale production, ensuring efficiency at every stage.
In addition to laser cutting, we offer a range of finishing services to meet your project requirements, including:
These services help ensure your parts are smooth, clean, and ready for the next stage of production or assembly. Let us know if you’d like finishing included in your quote.
